The General Assembly
The General Assembly exercises purposeful, supervisory and elective functions relating to any matter within the scope of the CESCSN obligation
Board of Directors
The board shall consist of 6 members which comprises of the following; board chair, deputy board chair, 4 Project Management Unity which shall be elected by the general assembly and will serve in not more than 2 terms which is 2 years.
Advisory Council
The advisory council consists of 3 National organizations with reputable expertise and the willingness to support the growth of the CESCSN. The advisory council is responsible for high level engagement of the network and provides advice to the Board of CESCSN.
The Executive Secretariat
The executive secretariat is the management body responsible for day today running of the network. It composed of Program Coordinator, Finance & Admin Officer and Procurement and Logistics Officer who are recruited through a formal process by the Board.
